Annual Cargo Tank Inspections

BEP has three Registered Inspectors for the V-K-I-P’s and DOT qualified cargo tank inspectors on-site. All tank trailers are required to be inspected and tested.

Tank testing includes an internal and external visual inspection and test, a lining inspection, a pressure test, a leakage test, and a thickness test.

The procedures for the tests are federally regulated. If a tank fails any of the tests or inspections, it has to be repaired and re-tested or it cannot stay in service.

DOT Inspections

BEP can complete DOT inspections on just about any trailer. If additional repairs are needed, our on-site mechanics can complete them and get your trailer back on the road.
